International Women’s Day – Felicia Masalla

Introduce yourself!

Hi I’m Felicia, a swedish/tanzanian photographer from Stockholm. My passion lies in photography  and besides that I love dancing.

What do you do for work?

I’m a photographer

What does celebrating International Women’s day mean to you?

For me its’ about celebrating the feminine energy. The struggles, the success and how much more  work is needed. I’m lucky to live in Sweden since it’s quite equal comparing to other countries. Yet  we have a long way to go.

But on a positive note, celebrating all the incredible strong woman I have in my life.

Tell us about a female role model in your life that you cherish

That would for sure be my mother. She is the strongest woman I know and there is no one that has a  bigger heart then her.

What do you hope IWD and the positive reinforcement it brings can achieve?  I hope It can bring more power, change and knowledge.
